  1. These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") governs the use of the services ("Service") that are made available by m2recharge.in Solutions Inc. ("m2recharge.co.in", "we" or "us"). These Terms and Conditions represent the whole agreement and understanding between m2recharge.com and the individual or entity who subscribes to our service ("Subscriber" or "you").
  2. PLEASE READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By submitting your application and by your use of the Service, you agree to comply with all of the terms and conditions set out in this Agreement. m2recharge.in may terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that is in breach of this Agreement, for conduct that m2recharge.in believes is harmful to its business, or for conduct where the use of the Service is harmful to any other party.
  3. M2recharge.in may, in its sole discretion, change or modify this Agreement at any time, with or without notice. Such changes or modifications shall be made effective for all Subscribers upon posting of the modified Agreement to this web address (URL): http://www.m2recharge.co.in/terms-and-conditions/. You are responsible to read this document from time to time to ensure that your use of the Service remains in compliance with this Agreement.

By registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using the M2recharge Platform for any general purpose or for the specific purpose of availing any M2recharge Service, You agree to be bound by the terms and conditions set for the below as well as by the service-specific terms and conditions applicable to each M2recharge Service. These T&Cs shall also include any additional or modified terms and conditions in relation to the SSOID or any additional or modified service-specific terms and conditions in relation to any M2recharge Service or any future service that may be offered by M2recharge on the M2recharge Platform. By registering on, accessing, browsing, downloading or using (as applicable) the M2recharge Platform or availing any M2recharge Service or the SSOID, You automatically and immediately agree to all the T&Cs. If at any time You do not accept or agree with any of the T&Cs or do not wish to be bound by the T&Cs, You may not access, browse or use the M2recharge Platform and immediately terminate Your availing the M2recharge Services. Accepting or agreeing to the T&Cs will constitute a legal contract (hereinafter Agreement) between You, being at least 18 years of age and an individual user of the M2recharge Platform or a customer or beneficiary of the M2recharge Services, and M2recharge. All services are rendered by M2recharge through the M2recharge Platform under the brand name “M2recharge” (or any derivatives or variations thereof). Consequently, all the rights, benefits, liabilities and obligations under the T&Cs shall, as the case may be, accrue to the benefit of, or incurred by, M2recharge, regarding Your use of M2recharge’s digital services (which includes but may not be limited to prepaid recharge, bill payment, booking movie tickets, bus tickets, hotel rooms or flight tickets), the semi closed wallet service, the marketplace service or any such other services which may be added on the m2recharge Platform and which will henceforth be a m2recharge Service, from time to time. The M2recharge Services shall be used by You subject to Your adherence with the T&Cs. As long as You accept and comply with these T&Cs, m2recharge grants You a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, limited, revocable privilege to enter and use the m2recharge Platform and/or avail the M2Recharge Services.
  5. Before M2Recharge Payment Technologies Private Limited issues You the M2Recharge Account or before You use the M2Recharge Account, please read these TERMS & CONDITIONS carefully.
  6. By offering to acquire, accepting or using M2Recharge Account, You are unconditionally agreeing to the Terms and Conditions set out below with M2Recharge Payment Technologies Private Limited and will be bound by them.
  7. By agreeing to these Terms and Conditions, You represent the following:
    • You are 18 (eighteen) years old or older;
    • Capable of entering into a legally binding agreement;
    • You are an Indian resident;
    • You have not been previously suspended or removed from the Prepaid Payment Account Services or Single-Sign-On Services;
    • You have valid and subsisting right, authority, and capacity to enter into these Terms and Conditions and to abide by all of the terms and conditions contained herein; and You are not impersonating any person or entity, or falsely stating or otherwise misrepresenting identity, age or affiliation with any person or entity.
    • All references in these Terms and Conditions to You or Your shall refer to the users or Customer of Website or Merchant Site(s).
    • All references in these Terms and Conditions to We, Us, or Our shall refer to , and their respective affiliates, as the case may be.
